Ribasti “Ribacha” is one of R. Ribasti’s most personal sauces.

This is the IMPERIAL version, a term used in craft beer making to certify that this is the strongest version. We have replaced the habanero pepper with the carolina reaper, which gives it an extra strong spicy kick, while maintaining its subtle flavor. Perfect with garlic shrimp, seafood, pasta, and countless other recipes.

INGREDIENTS:

Red chili pepper, water, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, carolina reaper pepper, salt, aromatic herbs, spices, and xanthan gum.
