It is made with 40 carefully selected botanicals. These botanicals are macerated for 35 days in ceramic amphorae to create the essence. The essence is then aged for 6 months in chestnut barrels, enhancing all its nuances. Once the selected white wine is blended with the essence, the vermouth rests for 4 months in oak barrels to accentuate its aromatic and flavor profile. The result is a deep, rich red vermouth with an exuberant and complex aromatic expression.

On the palate, it's a constant interplay of balsamic and herbaceous notes, mingled with the toasty aromas imparted by the oak barrel. A perfectly integrated bitter aftertaste.

Serve very cold, as an aperitif and also as a digestif.
